Processing Time

Please allow 5 - 10 business days for your order and payment to be processed. Orders made after 1pm EST, will start processing the next business day.Processing time may differ when ordering during a sale or holiday period.

Shipping Time

Once your payment and order has been processed, you will receive a tracking number via the email address used at the time of purchase.

Your package should arrive in 2 - 5 business days after tracking number is received. (Within the United states) and 7 - 14 business days for international orders.

We are not responsible for Customs fees or Taxes that will be charged for international orders

We will not be held liable for late shipments due to holidays, carrier delays, natural disasters or weather conditions.

Lost/Stolen packages

kindly contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. 

Undelivered Packages/Return to sender

If your package is not successfully delivered due to an incorrect or insufficient address, your package will be returned to us and you will be issued store credit excluding the initial shipping fee. This can be used to make a re purchase.

Signature Requirement

Henceforth, signature will be required for orders above $300 upon receipt as confirmation of delivery.
