ORDERING

How many bundles do i get when i place my order?

The price listed is for one bundle, unless stated otherwise in the description. You can select as many bundles as you want and add to your cart.

I'm unable to add a specific amount of bundles of the same length to my cart.

Typically when inventory is running low, you may not be able to purchase more than the quantity available in stock. eg if you added 5 bundles and it automatically keeps switching back to 4, that means they are only 4 bundles in stock.

How many bundles do I need for a full head?

Typically for a natural look, we suggest:

12”-16” - 2 bundles 

18”-22” - 3 bundles 

24”-30” - 4+ bundles 

you can always add an extra bundle for a more voluminous look.

PROCESSING AND SHIPPING

When do i receive my order after i place my order?

Once you place your order there is a processing time of 2-7 business days for non custom or pre-order items. During a sale processing time is 3-10 business days after which your order will ship out. Shipping usually takes 2-3 business days for standard shipping and 1 business day for express shipping. We are however not responsible for delays caused by the postal/ courier service.

What is the difference between processing and shipping time?

Processing time is the period between when your order is received, your payment clearance and your order being prepped and prepared for packaging. Once completed you should receive your tracking number.

Shipping time is when your order has been packaged and dropped off at the post office, the timeframe within which your package travels from when it was dropped off and when you receive it, is what is referred to as shipping time.

I paid for express/priority 1 day shipping, do I get my order the next day?

Express/priority does not skip the processing time, we try our best to prioritize such and get them out as quickly as we can. Once the package is dropped off at the past office, typically you should receive your package the next day. Holidays and weekends are not included. We are however not responsible for delays caused by the postal/ courier service.

Do you ship internationally?

We are a US based company, however we ship internationally with DHL,UPS and USPS. You however are responsible for Duties, Taxes and fees due in your country.

My tracking shows it was delivered, but I have not received my package.

Once we drop your package off at the post office, and your tracking number shows movement, we have no control over it. You can however purchase additional insurance to protect your package. With said occurrence kindly contact your local post office or courier service your package was sent through. We are more than willing to assist if additional information is required.
